Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 United States and U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

All pieces are <strong>made to order. Before shipping:

Standard couture pieces: 4–8 weeks production time

Complex or heavily embellished pieces: 8–12 weeks

Rush orders: 2–4 weeks (additional fee applies, subject to approval)

You will receive an email confirmation with your estimated ship date upon order finalization.

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx depending on package value, size, and destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery address
Package weight and dimensions
Selected shipping speed
Insurance value.

4. Delivery Time

Once shipped:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

Overnight: 1–2 business days (where available, additional cost)

5. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also track your order by logging into your account.

6. Signature Requirement

Orders valued at $500 or more require an adult signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier first, then email us within 48 hours.

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours.

All high-value shipments include insurance. We will file claims on your behalf when applicable.

8. Address Changes

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has entered production. Contact us immediately if you need to update your address before production begins.
