We create custom couture fashion pieces — one-of-a-kind, made-to-measure garments and unique jewelry designed and produced in Florida, USA. Each piece is crafted individually based on client specifications.
Product images on our Site represent our design aesthetic; final pieces may vary slightly based on fabric availability and custom requirements.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Custom couture orders require a consultation and signed agreement before production begins.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.

Payment is accepted via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and PayPal
For custom commissions, a deposit may be required before production begins.
Full payment is due before shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Each couture piece is handmade to order. Typical timelines are:
Consultation & Design Finalization: 1–2 weeks
Production & Construction: 4–12 weeks depending on complexity
Shipping: 3–7 business days (domestic US)
Exact timelines will be confirmed during your consultation. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability.
We currently ship within the United States only
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Orders require a signature upon delivery for high-value items.
All sales are final. Due to the bespoke, made-to-measure nature of our couture pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of order confirmation and before production begins.
If production has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable.
If a piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hour of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess and remedy at our discretion.
All designs, images, text, and content on this Site are the exclusive property of Marotto Fashion Group LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marotto Fashion Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
