Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the bespoke, made-to-measure, and one-of-a-kind nature of our couture pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun or an order has been delivered.
2. Order Cancellations
- Cancellations are accepted only within 48 hours of order confirmation and before production begins.
- To cancel, email lily.marotto@gmail.com immediately with your order number.
- If production has already started, your deposit is non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs of the damage and packaging.
- We will assess the issue and, at our sole discretion, offer repair, partial credit, or replacement.
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible.
4. Fit Issues
We take detailed measurements and conduct fittings to ensure proper fit. However, if a fit issue arises due to our error:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We may offer a complimentary alteration or adjustment at our discretion.
- Fit issues due to incorrect measurements provided by the client are not eligible for remedy.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances:
- Custom-made or made-to-measure garments
- Items that have been worn, altered, or washed
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
